Process Service is provided in the Central Illinois area (25 mile radius from downtown Peoria, Il.). Fixed rates of $40.00 per individual service, plus $.75 per mile, apply. Multiple Service to two or more subjects at the SAME location are $40.00 for the first service and $20.00 each subsequent service, plus $.75 per mile. Non-Service is $10.00 per individual with a minimum of three guaranteed delivery attempts. Non- Service affadavits will have detailed dates, times and observations pertaining to the Non-Service circumstances.
Service outside the 25 mile radius or requiring special process service will be quoted on an individual basis and authorized by the client, prior to service being conducted.If you have special needs or service involving quantities of process service in specific locations, ie. apartment complexes, mobile home parks, please contact us for a rate quote.
Additional fees may apply including travel time, special mailings and evening / weekend hours.
